1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BillMate application and services (the "Service") operated by BillMate (a subdivision of Dadlink Technologies), located at 7 Chelford Road, Handforth SK9 3SQ, United Kingdom ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, including but not limited to the iOS application available on the Apple App Store and any future web-based services.

2. Description of Services

BillMate provides a comprehensive multi-business management platform that includes:

  • Multi-business account management
  • Invoice creation, customization, and management
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) features
  • Expense tracking and financial analytics
  • PDF generation for invoices, quotes, and estimates
  • Legal support tools for unpaid invoice recovery
  • Real-time business performance analytics
  • Cloud synchronization across devices

The Service is provided on a subscription basis and requires a valid subscription to access all features.

3. Subscription Terms

3.1 Subscription Plans

BillMate offers the following subscription plans:

  • Weekly Plan: £3.99 per week
  • Monthly Plan: £5.99 per month
  • Annual Plan: £49.99 per year

3.2 Auto-Renewal

All subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

3.3 Free Trial

If we offer a free trial period, you may cancel at any time during the trial period without charge. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription.

3.4 Subscription Management

For App Store subscriptions: Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store must be managed through your Apple ID account settings.

For Web subscriptions: Subscriptions purchased through our website via Stripe can be managed through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
